Safety Couplings & Nipples
CEJN’s range of safety couplings for pneumatic applications are designed to prevent hose whipping accidents. By venting the air prior to disconnection the sound level is also reduces to a minimum. The safety range also features the same high flow capacity and low pressure drop design as the standard range.

Safety Lock Couplings & Nipples
Safety lock couplings are specially designed to prevent unintentional disconnection during operation. An added locking function requires the operator to “unlock” the coupling before it can be disengaged. The safety lock couplings are one-hand operated during connection but require two hands for disconnection.

Button Style Couplings & Nipples
The button style couplings are a range of ISO 6150 C couplings that disengage in two steps to vent residual air. The couplings comply with ISO 4414 and are interchangeable with several other brands on the market.

Soft-Line Couplings
CEJN Soft-Line “softens” the edges of quick connect couplings, making them non-abrasive and less likely to cause damage to surrounding components and surfaces. They also protect couplings from impact, prolonging the service life of the couplings.

Accessory Soft-Line Covers
The accessory covers are designed to be added onto couplings to "softens" the edges of quick connect couplings, making them non-abrasive and less likely to cause damage to surrounding components and surfaces.
Lightweight Couplings
CEJN aluminum couplings weigh 50% less than standard CEJN couplings, and up to 70% less than traditional couplings on the market, making it a perfect fit for lightweight tools. The aluminum design although light in weight is far from light in performance. It offers the same quality performance as any other CEJN product and since aluminum is a non-ferrous material it also offers low magnetic interference.

Multi-Link Couplings
The Multi-Link integrated quick connect couplings come in units of 2 and 3 outlets. The units can also easily be connected to create more access points. Ideal for uncluttering existing work areas or to create new flexible work stations. The integrated couplings provide flexibility and high performance, the design allows for a large number of outlets without restricting the flow with T-connections, bends or elbows. Combine with our high quality polyurethane hose to create a flexible high performance air distribution system.

Hose
CEJN offers an extensive hose range with several different styles of polyurethane (PUR) hoses. The material of PUR offers a high rate of flow and exceptional resistance to oils, solvents and other non-aqueous solutions. The hoses have excellent recoil ability and are extremely flexible and remain flexible after extensive use.
Straight Braided Hose
Light and flexible hose with working pressure up to 16 bar (depending on hose dimension). Wide temperature range and high tensile, tear and impact strenght.
Straight Non-Braided Hose
Light and flexible hose with working pressure of 10 bar. High tensile, tear and impact strength. Made of FDA approved ester-based polyurethane.
Straight Braided Conductive Hose
Electrically conductive hose with an integral wire that dissipates electro-static discharge. An excellent choice for applications where static discharge has the potential to cause explosions or damage. Working pressure up to 16 bar (230 PSI) (depending on hose dimension).
Straight Braided Anti-Spark Hose
The hose is resistant to scorching and damage while exposed to sparks in welding or steel cutting environments. Working pressure up to 14 bar (200 PSI) (depending on hose dimension).
Straight Braided Water Hose
Excellent choice for compressed air in damp and wet environments. The hose has high impact strength and is functional in a wide temperature range. It easily springs back to its original form and has excellent abrasion resistance. Working pressure of 10 bar (150 PSI).
Spiral Hose
Spiral hose with excellent recoil ability and crimp resistance. The hose is abrasion resistant and is suitable for applications in a wide temperature range. Working pressure 10 bar (145 PSI).
Spiral Anti-Spark Hose
Spiral hose resistant to scorching and damage while exposed to sparks in welding or steel cutting environments. Working pressure of 10 bar (150 PSI). The hose is designed for compressed air and breathing air applications.

Hose & Cable Reels
CEJN’s high quality hose and cable reels contain a CEJN polyurethane hose or rubber cable. The reels are easy to manoeuvre and can be ceiling- or wall-mounted and offer full, 300-degree, movement. A robust exterior housing protects the hose or cable and reel mechanism and the feeding action works flawless and tangle free. A stop function can be activated if full continuous feeding is not necessary at the time.

Series 347

Series 441

Series 442

Hose
CEJN ester based polyurethane (PUR) hoses for breathing air are available as green spiral non-braided hose and as black straight braided hose. CEJN PUR hoses for breathing air offer outstanding aging qualities and long service life. Their resistance to sparks and scorching make them suitable for applications near welding equipment.

Hose
CEJN straight braided polyutherane (PUR) hose is suitable for both water and compressed air applications and is designed for working pressures up to 10 bar. It has a two-layer of blue ether based PUR and a reinforced middle layer of polyester fibre, this gives it an extended temperature range of –30 °C up to +60 °C.
Straight Braided Water Hose
Excellent choice for compressed air in damp and wet environments. The hose has high impact strength and is functional in a wide temperature range. It easily springs back to its original form and has excellent abrasion resistance. Working pressure of 10 bar (145 PSI).

CEJN Series X64 offer quick-connect nipples with a built-in pressure eliminator. The pressure eliminator solves problems with high connection force due to residual pressure on the nipple side. The Series are interchangeable with the ISO Standard 16028 and therefore a suitable complement to Series X62 and X65. Flat-Face Screw Couplings & Nipples
CEJN's Flat-Faced screw-to-connect couplings are specially adapted to suit demanding industrial applications. The Series have a working pressure of up to 55 MPa and can be connected with residual pressure in the system. The Series are made of plated steel with high-stressed components made of hardened steel for extra protection. The couplings and nipples are available in three sizes ranging from DN 12.5 to DN 25. Accessories
CEJN's range of high-pressure accessories includes an extensive assortment of adapters, porting blocks and pressure gauges. The adapters are suitable for most couplings and hoses to ensure safe and troubled free connections with a working pressure of up to 300 MPa. Five different porting blocks are available to make it possible to connect several hydraulic lines from a single pump to as well as connecting pressure gauges to the line. CEJN pressure gauge range comprises of both bottom and panel mounted gauges in models up to 200 MPa.
Adapters
CEJN provides and extensive range of high-pressure hydraulic adapters suitable for most couplings and hoses. All adapters are manufactured of black-zinc plated steel. Working pressure varies between 100 MPa and 300 MPa, see product table for data on respective adapters.
Seals
CEJN's high-pressure range includes several rubber metal seals designed to complement the high-pressure hydraulic couplings and nipples. Max wowrking pressure range from 100 to 150 MPa.
Porting Blocks
CEJN’s porting blocks make it possible to utilise/connect several hydraulic lines from a single pump to numerous tools as well as the possibility of connecting a pressure gauge. The blocks are available in five different sizes and designs with a varying number of ports.
Pressure Gauges
Bottom and panel mounted pressure gauges in models up to 2000 bar (200 MPa). All models are glycerine filled for improved performance and long life. The gauges are made of stainless steel and feature high accuracy and a long service life.
Multi & Auto
CEJN’s Multi- & Auto products are high-tech couplings and nipples designed to be built into manifolds and plates. Auto-couplings pneumatics
The CEJN Pneumatic Auto-Couplings are able to connect with or without a nipple, intended for use in automatic manifold connection systems for compressed air. They have a unique valve design that enables the coupling to seal against a mating block. WEO Plug-In
As more and more applications industry-wide are being converted from threaded to threadless connectors, WEO Plug-In hose fittings are the connection of choice for critical equipment applications. CEJN WEO Plug-In threadless hose fittings simply “plug in” to hydraulic systems. WEO fittings are available in sizes 1/4" through 1" with maximum working pressures of up 350 bar (5075 PSI). Presented here are couplings, nipples, cartridges and ferrules for mobile hydraulic applications.

Swivels
The WEO Plug-In swivel is a plug-in connector with integrated swivel function that absorbs the movement in the hydraulic hose. The WEO Plug-In swivel can be turned 360° and prevents torque stress on the hydraulic hose and is specially adapted for modern compact hydraulic systems. The product is as small and flexible as the base version of WEO Plug-In but swivels freely up to full working pressure.
